Members also enjoy complimentary access to our self-serve wash bays for select uses, such as cleaning floor mats. Members also have access to our vacuums at no additional cost. Both perks can be conveniently activated by scanning through the app.
Yes. Each vehicle requires its own membership. However, family plans are available for multiple vehicles, making it easy to keep all your vehicles clean.
You can easily add an additional vehicle to your membership through the Hyper Express app.
- Open the app and go to Manage Pass (located under your name and phone number).
- Select Wash Pass.
- Tap Manage Vehicles.
- Select Add Vehicle and enter the vehicle information.
If you need assistance, you can also contact the Hyper Express team, and we’ll be happy to help add another vehicle to your membership.
No, there are no fees to cancel your membership.
Memberships can be canceled anytime through the app by managing your membership settings. You can also request cancellation by emailing support@hyperexpresscarwash.com, and our team will assist you.
Once canceled, your membership will remain active through the end of your current billing period and will not renew for the following month.
You can use your membership by scanning the QR code in the app or by entering your wash code from the app at the pay station.
The app is not required to use your membership. If needed, wash codes can also be provided by the Hyper Express team.
